YouData.com
This another website I found that does generate cash for your paypal. YouData.com is a good website if you are looking to click on ads, and get paid for it. The only issue is they are just starting up, so there may not be that many advertisments for you to click on. The best thing that you can do is fill out their MeFile. The MeFile is pretty much your profile. This will help them target their ads towards your interests. From what I've read in their reviews, they are not a scam. They also add money to your paypal account every Friday.

What It takes to be Successful? Do You Have What it Takes?
So many of us look at successful people and become haters. I cannot lie I've done it myself. I will use myself for example. When Lil Wayne became popular I asked myself, how can a dude that looks like The Predator be so freaking popular. I can rap better than him. Shoot, I probably can do a lot of things better than he can. Why is he more successful? Well, I cannot lie the dude does work hard. He does have a heck of a work ethic. What are some of the other things that would have made his outcome differnt than my outcome. I sat down to do some studying and here's what I have come up with.
How you think, or better yet your attitude is very important. We all are taught to go to school, get a good job, and everything will be ok. In todays economy this idea doesn't always work. As a child, I grew up with that mindset. I was always taught to go to school and to get good grades. I was always taught that once I graduate school to find a good job and to work hard at whatever job that I had. The only bad thing about that is that I always thought that I was not getting paid what I was actually worth. I know it may not make since to you now, but we all have to understand one thing. These big businesses that we find ourselves working for, are only in business for one reason. They are are in business to make money. Thus, they are only going to pay people like us mere pennies on every dollar made. I would call some names here and point out several big names that do this to their employees, but the point of this post is not to be contreversial at all. To put it shortly, Prices are going up, but our wages are staying the same. To make it in todays world you will have to change from the mindset that we were all taught as kids, or else you will be sitting on the sideline for a lifetime. So how do you start changing? The first thing you have to do is set a goal. You must set a goal, even if that goal seems impossible. Set your goal, and then take action.
Once you have decided on your goal, you have to learn not to take "no" for an answer. For example, I am not gonna let anyone tell me I cannot make money online. I am just gonna keep working at it, until I get it right. All my readers will get to witness how I did it. You get to learn what I am doing every step of the way. This means that even if I fail, I still succeed. Why? I learn from my failures, and then get back up and try it again. Like I said, even if I fail, I still succeed. I am not afraid to innovate. I am not scared of asking people to partner with me. I am not so timid that I cannot communicate effectively. I am not scared to mess up, because I know that no matter what I will not give up. That is what divides the boys from the men. That is what divides the girls from the women. What I mean by that is boys and girls may fail at something, then they just get mad and quit. Men and women, they fail, learn where they made the mistake, and adapt, and then try again. To simply put it, they consider their failure as a learning experience, and they do not accept the word "no" as an answer. They do not blame others for their mistakes. They do not sit on the sideline. They grab the ball, and they play the game. They work harder than everybody else. If they want something the bad enough, then they do not stop until they get it. This means they always think positive no matter the outcome.
I could give you alot of words and ideas on what I think defines the secret to success. I could do that. I could go on and on, about marketing, positioning your product, branding, passion, hard work, and a lot of other things. The bottom line is that no matter the adjective or the topic there is only one bottom line. It all boils down to how bad you want it. Do you want it bad enough that you you will take an ass whoopin' for it, and then get back up and go after it? Do you want it as bad as the air you breathe? If the answer is yes, then you have now found the secret to success. You have now taken the first step of your journey. Now go out there, and get what is yours.

6 Things We all Should Learn From Rappers
This blog was written by Jennifer Brown Banks. I'm giving her credit. So dont hate or sue me. I just saw this article and was inspired enough to repost it.
Say what you will about their less than wholesome lifestyles, or their aversion to the King‘s English. But the smart writer recognizes that there are many valuable lessons to be learned from today’s successful rap artist. Whether it’s how to earn more “cheddar“, market words, handle “haters,” or capitalize on adversity.
Truth be told, behind the baggy pants, bulging biceps, and bigger than life egos, there is some genius going on there, folks. Don’t believe the hype.
Sure there are those that are one hit wonders, (like Vanilla Ice), but for the most part, many have “stayed true to the game” and garnered cult like followings, lucrative contracts, and careers that most of us would envy.
Take for instance Queen Latifah. Though audiences may know her now as the face behind Cover Girl Cosmetics, or an award-winning actress, she actually emerged on the scene back in the 1980’s as a fierce female rapper. She went from singing lyrics of empowerment and social issues, to movie roles and mass appeal. And she is indeed the “queen” when it comes to branding.
Then there’s the clever rapper simply known as “Common”. Hailing from Chicago, Common’s career debuted in 1992 with the album, “Can I Borrow a Dollar?” Needless to say now he has millions of dollars, and a successful acting career to boot. Not to mention, a pretty impressive speaking career and important political connections.
Even Donald Trump has recognized that rappers can be astute players in the business arena, evidenced by his inclusion of rapper Little Jon in the line-up of Celebrity Apprentice cast members in a recent season.
Based upon my “case studies” and analysis over the years, I have concluded that Rappers impart important lessons when it comes to career management, marketing, branding and making a living as a creative artist.
Here are a few that serious freelancers would do well to master and incorporate in their success strategies.
1. Rappers reign supreme in cultivating multiple income streams. As artists and entrepreneurs, it’s important that we diversify our efforts and our projects. Editors leave. Clients can pay late. And industry changes can impact our bottom lines. Rappers recognize this and act accordingly. Which is why Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs also has a successful clothing line, and Bad boy rapper 50 Cent also puts his name on sports drinks, and fly gear for today’s youth. Make no mistake about it; many are shrewd business men.
2. Rappers aren’t afraid of courting controversy if the situation dictates. Whether it’s lyrics that speak to “their own personal truths” or spending a ridiculous amount of money on guilty indulgences, they offer no apologies. In writing, there can sometimes be a tendency to worry that we will offend from our words of choice, or invite criticism from bucking conventional wisdom. In the words of Soprano actor, “Fuggetaboutit.” Feel the fear and do it anyway! Throw caution to the wind and pen a blog post on a Sunday, if you‘re so inclined. Or break those rules your English instructor considered cardinal.
3. Rappers know how to turn pain into profit. They’re savvy about turning life’s lemons into lemonade. Behind the bumping music, if you listen closely, you’ll hear stories of love and loss. Of humble beginnings, and dealing with personal demons. It’s something we all can relate to on some levels; no one is immune to these universal experiences. Though they may not translate into the next billboard hit chart song, as writers, they can become fodder for personal essays, poems, or meaningful memoirs. Take your heartbreak to the bank.
4. Rappers are passionate people! Even if you don’t morally share their perspective, you should definitely emulate their sense of conviction. Watch their videos or read their tell-all books, and their intensity and commitment is truly evident. Passion moves people. In other words, if you’re not geeked about your subject matter, chances are your readers won’t be either.
5. Rappers really have a way with words. And they treat them as a commodity. It’s a common misconception that all rap is bad and simplistic in nature. That it promotes violence, immoral behavior, or fast-lane living. Not true. Rappers like Heavy D, Will Smith, and L.L. Cool J not only compose songs that get folks to get up on the dance floor, they are hugely creative, insightful and clever. From using literary devices like hyperbole, imagery, alliteration, parallels and metaphors, take notice. No matter what genre you dabble in, these techniques can make your writing more interesting, colorful and engaging.
6. Rappers have swagger. They exude confidence. Their lyrics are large and so is their bling. Whether on stage or the studio, they convey a sense of “authority” on street life, having “hustle savvy”, and being loved by the ladies. Conversely, one of the things that many writers feel uneasy about is marketing and tooting their own horn. Pump up the volume! Let the world know how awesome you are through your marketing materials, blog posts, or testimonials. To quote an expression, “It’s a sad dog that won’t wag his own tail.”
Follow these six tips and rest assured, you’ll find yourself singing all the way to the bank!

Flipping Websites for Profit
Ok, I am going to introduce you guy to a concept that most of us are already familiar with. Who doesn't have a homeboy, or know somebody that can sells drugs, or flip drugs for money? I mean I do not but I know other people who have friends that do. Anyway, its the same concept here. All you are doing is buying a website for a low price, increasing the equity, and then selling the website at a higher price for a profit. It's kinda like what you see on those real estate TV shows. They buy the house, fix the house up, and then sell it for a higher price then for what they bought house.
The main principal to this game is a simple formula
Principle + Equity= Profit
To plainly put it, the price of what you bought it for, plus how valuable the product is to the buyer, will equal profit in your pocket. That is the concept. The website that you buy should already be generating cash flow from either the users or the ads that are on the website. If it is not doing so already then play it smart. Ask yourself does this website have the potential to generate cash flow? What are you are really asking yourself is does this website have the potential for increase traffic.
On the average a blog website such as this one is going to going to have about 300 visits per day. About 1-2 of those people are going to click on your ads that are on the page. So to increase traffic you are most likely going to have to the raise the equity or the value of the website. In other words you are going to make people want to come to the website and keep them coming back. Go look at the some of the websites you are frequently visit, and ask yourself what is making you comeback to that website.
You also have to keep in mind the longer you own the website the more time you have to build its equity. When it comes time to sell the website, you cash out on the equity.
The Importance of Assets
What I mean by the word assets here is something very simple. Does the website have a mailing list, traffic, domains, YouTube channels? If the website doesn't have these assets here's your chance to build up the equity and add value. Find what the website is missing and execute on exactly that. I've seen several websites increase their value by simply adding YouTube channel and going viral. Look at VladTv.com. All he did was add a YouTube Channel, and interview people, let people like us leave comments, and now he has a very equitable website. What started a lot of people with going to his website was email. Whenever you give your email your email address online you are giving that person and any other person affiliated with them permission to submit emails to you. So to simply put it a lot of people did not start going to VladTV.com. com because they like Vlad, they came to the website because he effectively built the assets. I am not hating on you Vlad.
There are a lot of other things you can do to a website to improve it's value. You can add a catchy phrase, improves its speed by caching, improve the content, add personality to the content by being obnoxious, and improving the design. All in all it's going to depend on how much you want to put into it. Stay tuned for the Pt. 2 of Flipping Websites. I will go over how to sell the website once you added the assets.

Three Key Things to Remember When Starting Your Own Internet business
So you wanna make some cash, but you don't know how. You are thinking about starting your own business, but you don't know where to start. I was once is those shoes. I was thinking about giving up, but then it dawned on me.
What dawned on me you might ask. I couldn't think of what type of business to start. What is something that I'm really good at, that people need me to do on a regular basis. I love to talk and I love to write. Hmm, I'll do something where I can talk and write. I do it at my 9-5 job anyway. Then the light bulb came on, and in big letters flashed, "Sheila, You Are The Business." No that really didn't happen but if you have ever been in those shoes before then let me explain a little bit.
You Are The Business
1. KFC would be nothing without the Col. Sanders, right? He created an image, that everybody liked and eventually everybody bought the chicken. Now they are KFC's in just about every city in the US. What I'm talking about here is 2 things. Col Sanders was really good and frying chicken. He loved to fry chicken, and before he died he made lot of money from the chicken? Wrong, he made a lot of money from the image that was and still is today Col. Sanders.
For you young heads let me put bring it to your level. Lil Wayne is a good rapper. Since he was a kid he loved to rap and perform. He perfected his craft and his skill, but are you really buying the CD or downloading it from Itunes because you like think Lil Wayne is the GOAT. Nooooo, you bought it because of the image he portrays. You like the gangster/skater boy image he portrays. You bought into the Lil Wayne Franchise, and if he has a good contract with his label, he'll be lucky to get 3-10 cent off the album you bought of his lyrics (you see why it's important to go platinum with those numbers. I mean sheesh only 10 cent an album).
What Col. Sanders and Lil Wayne did was something that has been done probably since the beginning of time. They branded themselves. They created a marketable image, slapped together a product, and badaboom badabing, success in a bag. I will go in depth about branding yourself later own when the time is right. Most likely in a future blog. For now I urge you to google it. You are probably going to find few companies stating that they can "brand you" or help you brand yourself, or whatever. Just remember the key word, its all about reputation. Lil Wayne is probably the most well know rapper out right now. Most would say he is the the GOAT of our time. But, if I told you he was an ax murder, and had pictures of him chopping someone with an ax would you buy his record? Probably not, not even if his lyrics were made out of gold. Why? That would give him a bad reputation. If that was true, then it would make like it look you support an ax murder, and no one wants to do that. No matter what business you are trying to get into find a marketable image, brand yourself, and stick with it. Celebrities do it. Why can't you?
2. Find your niche and stick with it.
I'm sure that most of you have seen this video by Tyler Perry. If not then here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyD7ox4HY74&feature=fvst. In this video he brings up a good point. Find one thing that you are interested and doing and stick with it.
I'll use myself as an example. I started this blog for several reasons. One reason should be pretty obvious so I'm not gonna elaborate on that at this point. But I knew that I liked to write, and I knew that I like to talk, and I also knew that I liked to make money. I knew that I wanted to find the secrets of success, and finance, and all overall having a better life. I knew that growing up I wasn't taught, about things like 401k, stocks, how to get a good deal on car, and how to have a residual income. I also knew that I wanted a platform where I can teach, ask questions, and find answers. I'm not gonna say that I have all the answers. I don't, but I with enough time and research I know I'll find the answers to a lot of questions. Anyway, I started this blog with a target audience in mind. I would say 14-35 is my targeted age group. I realized that talking about money can make me a profit. Later on I will show how it will make me a profit. But yes I geared this toward teenagers and young adults for a specific reason. As you watch the numbers grow on this website you will see why. Plus I will eventually post a video of how this website will make money.
3. Execution
Now here's the next step. Simple.....wait for it........wait for it.........ok here it comes........EXECUTE. Pretty simple right? A lot of people will plan, and plan, and plan until the cows come home, but they wont sit there and execute the freakin thing. I know because I used to be one of those people. I could plan everything, but then when my big moment came I would shaking like baby's rattle with the baby being on steroids Anyway, write out your goals or make a plan. Then turn around and execute it. Whats the worst that could happen? If people don't buy into it, then just make a new plan and try again. Big corporations do this all the time. If any of you remember when Rhianna first came out, she was nothing compared to what she is now. The record label had a plan, they executed it, and then her sales weren't as great as they expected it to be, so then they changed her image and came up with a new plan. Then the record sales went up, and she is now the Rhi Rhi that you see today.
Just to let you guys know about some upcoming post. I'm gonna tell you guys some of the top money making websites that are guarenteed to bring you some income. What is dropshipping? And its pro's and cons. I'll also introduce to you profitable business of making phone apps ebooks. I'll also well go over Reselling ebooks and other products. For those of you looking for bigger bucks, then keep your eye out my blog on flipping websites, and binary trade. Anybody can do this stuff. So stay tuned. More Profitable information to come. Video's are soon to come as well. My first video will be up sometime Sunday, Febuary 12, 2012.
